Design for the interior of a new room in the cellar of a brasserie/restaurant. This room will be used for the ‘Wine & Dine’ concept: a combination of live cooking and ‘wine by the glass’.
A genuine eye-catcher has been proposed for the rear wall and the central feature of the space; a wall unit housing the restaurant’s special wine serving system, a display of stock, glassware and additional cooling. There will also be an open kitchen with a Chef’s table. The atmosphere is modern, warm and exclusive.
The hall with its hearth is separated from the room by a curved glass partition. This space can be closed off by means of semi-translucent curtains. A useful facility, for example when accommodating group reservations or to create a more intimate atmosphere. On other occasions the hall can be opened up to form part of the space, allowing other restaurant guests to also enjoy the live cooking experience.
